Mark NugentDaily Alert, Oct 2017

Forex Analysis for Tuesday 10th October 2017

We have seen a very quiet start to the week with the US, Japan and Canada on holiday.

There has been little movement in equities. Gold has turned upwards as we move slightly more towards risk-off, hitting my stop for a gain of +2.43%.

The USD is flat but moving down this morning. US 10 Year yields are also essentially flat. On the currency markets, the EUR grinds slowly upwards and the GBP six day decline reverses. The JPY is flat.

Early Tuesday morning, the Australian NAB Business Confidence index shows an increase in confidence.
