Weekly Review for Weeks Commencing 15th and 22nd August 2016
The major themes from the last two weeks have been US Fed hawkishness and BoJ accomodation. Market expectation now has a Fed hike in December.
Equities have been quiet and there have been few significant moves in the currency indices, as summer draws to a close.
Trades closed over the last two weeks netted a gain of just over 1.3%.
Weekly Outlook for Week Commencing 29th August 2016
The calendar this week is light with the stand out events being UK and US Manufacturing PMI on Thursday and US Non-Farm Payroll on Friday.
